Here is a couple photos of our new 'daylight studio' as we call it. It is a daylight suite, so we are not in the basement! our landlords just live above us. And Craig calls it our studio since we have an 'all-n-one' room to live in. Our office is where the bedroom would usually be - only our bed would fit in it so we decided on something different.
We definitely love it! since everything is all in one room we tend to enjoy quiet things a bit more - picking up a guitar or reading a book or listening to music. in our big house the tv seemed to be the choice form of entertainment. The saddest part of everything is you will notice there is no piano in our home anymore - it was either the piano or the couch...really Craig! couldn't you just put a cushion on the piano bench?! so, we had to give it to a good home that i may end up teaching music lessons at - so at least i can visit it!
And don't be worried about little space - we still have an office/spare bedroom for visitors - so start making your plans to come see us!

awesome. as long as this house has a place for me its all ok. =) btw, why the heck have you not commented on my site?!! maybe because i havent posted anything... but im feeling a little lazy... hi to Craig!
