We've reached the 30 week mark in our pregnancy. We've left the 20's behind and are heading into a new chapter cause we're quickly approaching full term!
It used to be much easier to say 'we're 10 weeks and have 30 more to go'. Quite daunting to say it the other way around! only 70 days to go - seriously?!
Yesterday we both met a little boy who is 1 week old. We both stopped breathing! Everything just came to a crashing halt for us - a huge (or tiny) - reality check for us. Craig thinks he's never seen a baby that young and small. I just clutched my belly as our baby is half the size of that little guy and will be coming out to meet us in 10 weeks! A bit of an emotional moment for both of us. That little guy was so small and wrinkley and was completely dependent on his parents for survival.
Our Baby Reid is the size of a head of cabbage this week!

Ahh, cute little cabbage head! As for your shocking baby moment a few days ago, don't sweat it. Baby Reid will come out able to walk, talk, and drive. He/she won't need a thing except an allowance and the car keys. You'll be laughing.
