We went to a huge baby sale the other day - the kind where they sell baby things, not little people! The Multiples Association put on a huge sale in a curling rink with rows of clothes, toys, furniture, and accessories for baby. We took along $500 to try and get the major items we still needed, and ended up spending $120! whoo hoo! We got our major items for that price - a crib, infant car seat, and baby monitor. All that for $85. Then we splurged on books, movies, and a few toys.
We've often heard or seen in the movies very exaggerated stories of daddy putting up the crib and he gets entangled in the pieces after 7 hours of trying and things being thrown across the room in frustration. But not this daddy! He was done in 30 minutes with no 'flowery' language and was still smiling!
Baby Reid's room is starting to come together and look so cute! After Craig put up the crib and realized Baby has a crib, bassinet, and cradle he commented that he's never had a choice of 3 places to sleep in his whole life! And that the crib seems like a really big bed for such a tiny person to sleep in. I'm sure we'll be amazed at how quickly Baby Reid fills up that crib!
