Tennis

We finally got out on Thursday to try out the Tennis courts! we went up to the Sports park, where we used to live 2 blocks from. There was no one around and we tried to find someone we could ask about getting a club membership or paying for our time, but all Craig found was a yappy little dog at the top of the stairs who did not want to be bothered. Free tennis? sounds good to us. if someone wants our money, they will come and ask us.

It was strange playing on 'clay' courts - at least we think they were clay. if you ask me, they were dirt. gravel and dirt.
felt like we were back in White City with Wilf and the gang - only Wilf wasn't there to guide our sorry little attempts to serve. Oh well. we had a good time.
We knew we weren't in Kanasas anymore when they broke out with the good ol Korean polka tunes over the park loud speakers. Then it got better with some Opera! i probably should have known which opera it was, but i couldn't make out the lyrics over Craig's vibrato while he played. ahhh, a man after my own heart!

looks like you guys found that little bit of nature that you were missing in Korea - looks like a nice little park. Soak up a little sun for me!
