anybody out there know how to open zip files? we have to download a new audio driver onto our computer, but don't know what to do with a zip file. we have XP, but when we try to extract the files it says there is an error with the files. doesn't even start extracting them.

If you are using XP, right click on the file and select "Extract All ...". If you are not running XP, you will have to download WinZip (trial version). Hope this helps.
