Craig's parents came to town. It was so great to spend some time with them...but because of the funeral, it has taken this long to post a few pics.
Art and Anne-Marie drove all the way from Thunder Bay, Ontario to Vernon, British Columbia. It's about a 28 hour drive, but they made it! they took their time coming up from the States and will take there time going home through Canada. Ahhhh, to be retired someday, eh Art?!
We took them out to BX Falls, which seems to be our staple for visitors. It's just so peaceful to get away from the city and walk down by the falls. We would have lost Art in there if he'd had the choice!
It's tough being so far from family, especially when you're luck to see them only twice a year. But, living in the Okanagan, people sure want to visit us a lot more than when we were in Regina!
