First Korean Guests!

We invited our friends over for dinner and games Saturday night. Se min, her sister, and Sook jin came over for spaghetti. Craig made supper and they thought it was so funny that we served Korean noodles warm. we didn't know the difference! we thought they were spaghetti noodles, and obviously they weren't. The girls had to think outside their Korean-box to enjoy it! Strawberries and tomatoes for desert brought by the girls. They also thought that I do nothing and Craig does everything - which is the exact opposite of Korean ways. Craig cooked and put the dishes in the sink, and i talked with the girls. When they said this he said that he'd rather cook than sit in the living room and entertain the girls! trying to come to my defense...

Then it was time for games! We had told the girls we would teach them Settlers - and after Craig had to explain it for 1/2 hour because of the language barrier, we were ready to play. The girls literally screamed every time their number was rolled! it was realllllly loud and a whole lotta fun! Se min and i weren't doing very well, and she was getting so impatient for her turn - she was so funny about it! She'd tease Sook jin saying, 'ok! next turn! yours is 11 minutes, 12 minutes, 13 minutes. I wait and wait for so many times before it's my turn...and my turn is over in 1 minute!' It was a great night! so glad you ladies came over!
